Jim Murphy serves as CEO of IKANO Communications where he is responsible for all operational functions, including customer relationship management, and information systems. He is a recognized technology leader, innovator, and synergist, with over twenty-one years of experience in the telecommunications industry.
His previous business experience includes serving as Executive V.P at IKANO Communications, Co-Founder of DSL Extreme, and the Co-Founder of Rampage Cellular. A graduate of California State University Northridge, Mr. Murphy holds a degree in Communications.

Sam Ghahremanpour serves as IKANO Communications President. He is responsible for corporate strategy, planning, policy, and brand development, as well as trade development.
His previous business experience includes stints at Merrill Lynch, USB Financial Services, and Co-Founder of Scadlock LLC, a manufacturer of consumer electronics.

George Mitsopoulos is a performance-driven technology and telecommunications executive with a strong ten-year track record growing recurring revenue businesses, including full P&L responsibility. His primary focus is driving organic growth through strategic/marketing partnerships and providing a first-class customer experience through innovative product development and customer care.
Mr. Mitsopoulos joined IKANO in 2006, following the company's acquisition of DSL Extreme. During his tenure at IKANO, he's led DSL Extreme to double-digit growth and expanded the company's broadband service offerings.
Mr. Mitsopoulos earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University, with an emphasis in Operations and Management Information Systems.

Dean Russ

Dean Russ has nearly fifteen years experience implementing and supporting large scale IT networks and systems, as well as managing engineering and operations teams. He has a keen ability to design and manage systems efficiently and reliably, and possesses a strong knowledge of networking, storage, and database technologies.
Mr. Russ joined IKANO in 2006, following the company's acquisition of DSL Extreme. During his time at IKANO, Mr. Russ has led and managed the company's access and broadband network growth. He has also advised IKANO's subsidiary companies regarding network and storage system design and operations.
Mr. Russ earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, with an emphasis in Management Information Systems. He also holds numerous IT certifications from Cisco, Microsoft, Blackberry, Network Appliance, and Google.
